India has 6.8 crore MSMEs employing 29 crore workers. Yet 94% of this workforce operates informally, without proper attendance records, payslips or statutory compliance. When India's new Labour Codes came into effect, MSMEs faced an impossible choice: hire expensive consultants or risk heavy penalties.
We built ShramSetu to give them a third option: affordable, AI-powered, mobile-first compliance that anyone can use. No hardware. No training. No special skills. Just download, onboard, and stay compliant.
The name ShramSetu means "Bridge for Workers". We're building the bridge that connects India's informal workforce to formal, dignified employment.
